STATEMENT
I am designing a mobile application that will allow grocery shoppers to reduce the frustration of grocery shopping. While the app shows the location and inventory of the items and generates a time-saving shopping route, users will develop the habit of making a shopping list to avoid Impulsive buying behaviour and time-consuming trips and have a joyful shopping experience.
PURPOSE
To enhance the shopping experience of grocery customers through even the most minimal social interactions.
PERCEPTION
People tend to prefer in-person shopping over online shopping because they enjoy being actively involved in the process. However, the National Institution of Mental Health has estimated that about 1.3% of U.S. adults experience agoraphobia at some point in their lives. This means that the same percentage either endures the stress of going to the grocery store or avoids it altogether.

Alyssa is a student in the illustration program, currently in her second year
Alyssa checks her phone after the class is over and sees her mom’s text, and she asks Alyssa to pick up something at the grocery store.
She is sick of experiences where she cannot locate the item or finally find it, but it’s out of stock
Alyssa opens Ezery App on her phone and select a nearby store that she is going to shop at later
Search the items to see the stock status and item location and add them to the shopping list
The app generates the most time saving shopping route according to her shopping list
After Alyssa entered the store, she followed the generated map and found everything her mom asked for
She was so satisfied with this shopping experience, and she says: “ I’m going to recommend this EZERY app to all the people around me! “
